As a workaround you may install an alternate driver as following: • Connect the printer to your Mac and ensure it is power on and ready. • Download and install the following package from apple: • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners. • Click the plus sign and select the listed 1020 printer. • Within the Use drop down menu click on Select Printer Software. • Locate and select the HP Laseret 1022 model and press Add.
